We aim to attend all solar repair callouts within 48 hours for an initial diagnosis.
Our repair process:
- Initial contact — call or email us with a description of the issue. If possible, share any error codes or monitoring screenshots.
- Remote diagnosis — for systems with online monitoring, we can often identify the issue remotely before visiting, which helps us arrive prepared with the right parts.
- On-site visit — we attend within 48 hours for an initial diagnosis. Many issues can be resolved on the first visit.
- Parts and follow-up — if replacement parts are needed (e.g., a new inverter), we order them and schedule a follow-up visit as quickly as possible. Common parts are often available within a few days.
Emergency situations:
If your system has a safety issue (burning smell, sparking, visible damage), let us know immediately and we will prioritise your visit. Safety issues are always treated as urgent.
Coverage area:
We carry out repairs across Central Scotland, including Stirling, Falkirk, Perth, Dunblane, and the surrounding areas. If you are unsure whether we cover your location, just ask.
